Sometimes the things that get pushed to the bottom of our "to-do" lists, eventually, need to get done. Kids are hard, relationships are hard, friendships are hard, eating right, working out, LIVING can be hard. And then when you take time for yourself to binge watch your favorite show or doom scroll through social media, the guilt hits for not being productive.
